For Betwixt, you can apply for a free slot if you cannot afford it, no questions asked! We, unfortunately, aren't able to offer this for Echoes, since the development is hugely expensive and we need to stay aflot if we want Betwixt to continue helping people.
I'm one of the ones who pre-ordered already. I just now saw the artwork, and the elephant is amazing!! (I collect elephants.)
