I stumbled upon Betwixt two years ago when things were dark and my algorithm was full of self-help stuff. I played with it a bit but mostly it took up space on my phone. While recently deleting apps I wasn't using I revisited this one. I was compelled to engage, received the gift to continue, but I still wasn't really sure what I was playing with.
Life happened and I am reading this story from my hospital room in psychiatry. (Seriously, I can't make this stuff up!) Thanks to you I now have language for what's happening to me. The insight; the grief; the recognition of patterns not serving me; the urge to cling to what is known even when it hurts me; the fear of the unknown. My mask fell off. Just like two years ago. Only this time I couldn't get it back on and I unravelled. Now I understand I'm exactly where I need to be. I'm in the fire. I'm being raw, unfiltered and honest with my care team in a way I never could before. I'll be revisiting the dreams again as the guides I now see them to be. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of this journey. More importantly, I'm looking forward to see where my journey takes me. Thank you.
